I do not have any trust in this doctor at all I feel he dose not listen , or do what he says he will or even read his notes about patients before seeing or speaking to them, I do not if possible wish to see this doctor again.
Referral not done or even offered in some cases. I have had to chase my own referrals and wait months to be offered appointment with eye doctor after reporting numerous visual disturbances.
Never met my GP.
Following multiple visits to the surgery for my daughter every time she has had a chesty sounding cough, only to be brushed away like a neurotic mother and told it is a normal children's cough with plenty of eye rolls thrown in (by a number of other doctors and nurse practitioners). Dr Webster recognised with a few simple questions to myself that she has in fact got asthma, he promptly set about 'testing' her reaction to drugs and inhalers so we are on the path to formally diagnosing her if need be. Massive improvement in my daughter since starting with her inhalers, I no longer feel the need to sleep on her bedroom floor each time she has a bad cold.
Brilliant doctor, each time I have seen him for myself or my daughter he has listened, acted in the best possible interest of his patient and above all else take symptoms seriously! I was told for 2 whole weeks by nurse practitioners I didn't have a blood clot despite d-dimer tests showing I did after giving birth, they asked me to come back for subsequent tests every day for 2 weeks...each one positive! Only when i saw Dr Webster did he send me to hospital ambulatory care straight away and arrange on the phone with them for a quick turnaround as I had a 2 week old baby. The hospital scanned me and the blood clot had already travelled to my stomach! Amazing, rational thinking doctor! Rubbish textbook practice from the practitioners though I'm afraid!
I was diagnosed with cancer in early 2016 and if Dr Webster hadn't acted quickly in getting me an appointment with a consultant I probably wouldn't be in remission as I am now.
